This package is for the couple that needs direction hiring key vendors, has some of their plans in place, and wants assistance pulling everything together those last few weeks.
Rachel will take your plans and turn them into your perfect rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. You will be guided step-by-step through the engagement and planning process. She will contact every vendor personally to ensure that all plans are finalized and make sure that all contracts are being upheld. You can rest assured that the vision you have for your wedding day will come true!
Also in this package is the complete coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Rachel will arrive early at the ceremony site and facilitate the entire rehearsal. She will also coordinate and oversee the entire wedding day activities to make sure the bride and groom's wishes are executed perfectly. Everything from cueing the wedding party to walk down the aisle to the grand exit during the reception, it all will be handled with care and expertise.
